1. Match Format

Each match is 50 minutes long, with two 25-minute halves. There is no extra time during league matches. The referee determines the halftime break.

2. Team Requirements

Each team must have 7 field players and 1 goalkeeper on the roster. A team may start with at least 5 players. The referee may abandon a match if a team falls below 5 players.

3. Referee Fees

Each team must pay $40 referee fees before kickoff. No match will start until both teams have paid their referee fees.

4. Registration Fees

Registration fees must be cleared before participation. Players or teams with outstanding balances will not be allowed to play.

5. Timekeeping and Forfeits

Teams must arrive on time. A team arriving 10 minutes late forfeits the match, with the opponent awarded 3 points and a 2-0 victory.

6. Substitutions

All substitutions must be approved by the referee. Players may enter the field only after receiving permission.

7. Player Eligibility

A player may only play for the team with which they are registered and may not play for multiple teams in the competition.

8. Uniform Requirements

Teams must wear designated jerseys and colors. Players must wear shin guards. The referee may require conflicting teams to change jerseys or wear bibs.

9. Discipline and Conduct

Two yellow cards in one match result in a red card. Accumulated cards, straight red cards, referee abuse, unsporting conduct, and fighting may result in suspensions, fees, removal, or additional sanctions.

10. League Authority

Referee decisions during matches are final. League administration may interpret, enforce, or change rules when necessary in the best interest of fair play and competition.
