Information We Collect
When a player registers, we collect the player's full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, T-shirt size, preferred team, waiver agreement status, registration status, and submission date. If an organizer adds a player manually, we collect the player's name and assigned team. When someone contacts the league through our Google Form, we collect their email address, name, optional phone number, selected subject, and message.
How We Use Information
We use registration information to review player eligibility, organize teams, contact players about league operations, send automatic registration and welcome emails, manage waivers, publish approved rosters and player statistics, and operate the Summer 2026 7v7 Continental League Cup.
Public Information
Approved player names, team assignments, roster placement, and individual player statistics may appear publicly on the website. The league does not publicly share player phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, T-shirt sizes, waiver records, or registration status. Those private details remain in restricted organizer systems.
Massachusetts Safeguards
The league is operated with Massachusetts privacy and data-security standards in mind, including safeguards for personal information, limited admin access, secure login sessions, HTTPS, and breach response responsibilities under Massachusetts law. We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, state ID numbers, payment card numbers, or bank account numbers through player registration.
Children and Parent Contact
If a player is under 18, a parent or guardian should review the registration and waiver expectations before the player participates. A parent or guardian may contact the league to ask about a player's information or request corrections.
Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell player or contact information. We share private registration information only with league organizers who need it to run the league, respond to players, manage safety and waivers, or comply with legal obligations. The league uses Google Forms to receive contact inquiries and a restricted, organizer-controlled Google Sheet for complete player registration records, team assignments, registration status, review details, and public statistics. Team and public-statistic edits made by an authorized organizer in that Sheet may sync back to the website; private registration fields are one-way from the website and cannot be changed through the Sheet. Google processes contact-form and Sheet information under its own privacy terms. Private Sheet fields are not displayed on the public website.
Retention and Requests
We keep registration and waiver records as long as needed for league operations, safety, dispute handling, and recordkeeping. Players or parents may request correction, review, or deletion of private registration information by emailing the league contact. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate league or legal reasons.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the league, registration process, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when the current version was published.
